The Ki to hitting the G: The Curve

G-Ki is a luxury silicone vibrator made by Je Joue. Unlike traditional vibrators, G-Ki is all about pleasing the individual--it is adjustable to fit your anatomy and play style. G-Ki's curve and motors are clearly meant for both vaginal insertion and clitoral stimulation. I, personally, am not well versed enough in anal toys to recommend anal use. Nonetheless, the strong vibrations work wonders as an all-over external massager. This toy is great both for thrusting, or slower gyrations of the hips.

G-Ki is a firm toy that is completely covered in pure silicone. As soon as you pick G-Ki up you notice that the handle is firm while the part that you insert (G-spot adjustable end) has some give; its slightly squishy. Additionally, you notice that the silicone is high-quality, velvety, has a mostly smooth texture (the curve of this toy is slightly lumpy due to the adjustability function) and minimal odor. However, the silicone is not seamless; there is a slight seam running vertically along the shaft of the toy. I'm sensitive to textures and this seam was noticeable to me, seemed "sharp" and was a slight turn-off. Although I love intended textures, this seam was not made to be a pleasurable texture (it's clearly due to a shoddy design though it might be that the seam was necessary to make the joints work) and I'd prefer if this toy was seamless.

G-Ki is a customizable non-realistic vibrator. The toy is relatively long at 9" with 5" being insertable. Thus, this toy might not fit in your bag (additionally it weighs in at 1.5 lbs) for discrete play. The circumference of the toy is around 4" at the widest part. The insertable end is blunt and bulged in order to maximize G-Spot stimulation. Overall, I enjoyed the dimensions; the girth was enough to make me feel full but easy enough to insert without with minimal additional lubricant.



The innovative part of G-Ki's design is the two joints that can be adjust the curve of the toy. You can either leave this toy relatively straight (which is perfect for thrusting), curve the tip to try to attempt to reach your G-Spot, or completely curve both joints to stimulate both you G-Spot and clitoris. However, it doesn't end there. You can separately adjust the two joints to 'build' your perfect curve. You adjust the curve by firmly pressing down on the joint buttons and then carefully bending the toy. I'd recommend this toy to anyone, beginner or not, on the search for their G-Spot.

You control the vibrations and patterns of G-Ki through the (+) and (-) buttons that are conveniently, located on a plastic pannel on the back side of the vibrator, as shown below. The two button controls makes this vibrator extremely easy to use. Just briefly hold down (+) to unlock the vibrator and then press (+) to increase vibration strength. After getting to the strongest vibration, the (+) button will then scroll through the five vibration patterns. At this point, use the (-) button to change the patterns and decrease strength. Unfortunately, the vibration patterns only work at the strongest vibration strength. Hold the (-) button for a couple of seconds after you turn it off to lock the vibrator--great if you are one to travel with your toys.



The vibrations on G-Ki are strong. When I first turned G-Ki on, I was surprised about how strong the weakest strength was--it was a welcomed surprise. I estimate the lowest setting to be around 2-2.5 vrooms while the highest is nearly 4.5 vrooms. The vibrations are not buzzy. They are deep and spread throughout the toy/your body. If you require direct/pinpoint vibrations, this might not be the toy for you.

G-Ki is waterproof and can be used for play in a tub/shower. Though G-Ki is water-friendly, I'm leery about bringing this toy into my salt water hot tub--I don't want to risk the damage.

In order to keep G-Ki prepared for action, you must remember to charge it. However, charing is a breeze. G-Ki comes with a magnetic charger that is convient and easy to use--much less finicky than Fun Factory's Click 'N Charge charger. Once the charger is attached a red light on G-Ki will flash. Once the light stops flashing and stays constant, the toy is fully charged. 2 hours of charge gives you two hours of play.

G-Ki is made of silicone and is completely waterproof and therefore is a breeze to clean. I personally use a gentle soap and warm water, but a toy-friendly cleaning fluid/wipe would work just as well. Don't boil this toy as there is a plastic component. After washing and drying G-Ki, I store it in the black box it came with. In order to preserve the toy, only use water-based lubricant (G-Ki is NOT compatible with silicone lube) and store separately from other toys.

G-Ki comes in one of the nicest packaging that I have seen. The main box has an outer sleeve that is discreet on one side and then shows an image of the toy on the side.




Within this sleeve is a black, durable cardboard box in which lies G-Ki. The box is nice, elegant, discreet, and perfect for storage.



The box has two main sections: A place for the toy to lay, and a separate compartment to the left which contains the user manual and charger.

I only wish that G-Ki would include a satin pouch, which I prefer to store my toys in, but sadly it does not. However, overall I am highly impressed with the packaging and am going to keep this quality box for storage, which I usually pitch the boxes of my toys.

G-Ki was my first dual stimulation toy and I love it. The combo of thrusts, vibrations, and pressure applied caused me to squirt, and the simultaneous stimulation of my clitoris caused a nice blended orgasm.
