If you want an all-around great lube, with emphasis on being silky smooth and long-lasting, this is your next purchase to make!
Absorbs into skin when dry
It's not the best option for anal.

Gives a new meaning to "slippery when wet"! Just apply, then slip right in. I'm sure you will love it just as much as we do!
Can't complain about anything

ID Glide is a great water based lube that is compatible with all materials. It stays slick for a pretty long time, and doesn't leave a greasy or sticky feeling. Those with paraben allergies or allergies to wheat should steer clear as this contains chemicals that can cause allergic reactions. Otherwise, give ID Glide a try.. you might just enjoy the Glide.

This is a long-lasting lube and feels very natural. It is slightly runny but not by much. I would recommend this lube to everyone. At least just try it so you know if it is for you or not.

It's a great all purpose lube and hasn't caused me any vaginal health problems, but because I am looking to eliminate all parabens from my personal hygiene regimen, I am no longer using this lube. It will be a hard one to replace when it comes to lubricating menstrual products for easier insertion.
All purpose, hasn't caused me any vaginal pH problems
Dries quickly, a little too sticky

I can't believe I put up with this lube for as long as I did. Please find a different lube, one that is not foul-tasting, bad-smelling and doesn't need to be re-applied every 5 minutes.
Good bottle for dispensing
Lasts about 5 minutes

As someone who doesn't often use lube, I was skeptical on how I would benefit from this one when my partner introduced me to it. I've been wonderfully surprised and greatly pleased with how effective this lube is for anal play. It doesn't take much at all compared to other products I've used and was very low-mess despite being a very slick lube.
Cleans up easily
Easy to over-apply

Honestly this is one of my favorite lubes. It's cheap and works well. It doesn't last forever like silicone lubes, but you can't use silicone lubes with most condoms and many toys; so it's almost overrated. I have heard other people saying astro-glide is better, but I haven't seen a difference between the two. Since ID is typically one of the cheaper lubes, and it works just as well, it is the one I will get when I need more.
Fairly odorless and tasteless
Will get tacky and probably need more for one use.

I like it! It does what it is supposed to do and nothing else. Taking it on the go is my favorite part.
Small, compact, easy to use.
Contains parabens, messy.

Cheap, efficient, and no fancy over-the-top frills, this lube gets the job done and carries through with the claims stamped on the bottle.
Colorless, Odorless, Water-based, Cheap

Feeling confident I went with the 35.5 oz bottle. Yes you read that right; it is A LOT of lube! This is a water based lubricant so you can use it in any circumstance without fear or with any toy. Unfortunately the ID Glide quickly absorbs into the skin. It’s like the water in it evaporates quite fast.
water-based, big bottle, non greasy
dries out fast, pumps too much out, only for light use
Published:August 31, 2012
Really, no other water-based lube feels as real and lasts as long as ID-Glide. I'll give it a perfect 5/5, no doubt, but even that won't capture the level that this lube is on.
-Slick and Long Lasting
-Warms up quickly
-Great for sex and toys/solo play
-Will put thousands of people out of work at competing lube companies
Published:July 30, 2012
This lube is definitely a good purchase if you're looking for something that is thick, long lasting, and can help in many different situations. The fact that it's unflavored, unscented and doesn't stain makes it a must at our house!
Smooth, long lasting, ease of use, easy to clean, doesn't stain.
Can become really slippery.

ID Glide is my go-to lubricant. It doesn't leave my legs stuck together, it dries more natural than any lubricant I have ever used, it's affordable, and it feels lovely! However, with glycerin, parabens and petro-chemicals, some women should steer clear from this truly sensational product.
-doesn't get too sticky
-dangerous ingredients for the sensitive lady!

I don't like this product. It caused a lot more trouble than it added to fun, and I would not recommend it to anyone. In fact, this is me recommending you don't use this product. There are better things out there.
Hard to store
Caused a yeast infection
Published:June 15, 2012
I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for a slippery, long lasting, fun way to get wet. This is definitely one of the better lubes I have tried, also at a great price!
Biggest pros of this lubrication have to be consistency and consistency.
Only one con: bitter taste.
Published:June 15, 2012
This is a good standard economy lube that is best suited for activities where you're not going to have a lot of hand or mouth contact with the lube as both can be unpleasant. For couples (or singles) who engage in frequent and varied activities, this lube will get the job done.
dang for your buck, useful in almost any sexual activity, larger sizes last a long time
Dries quickly, becomes sticky as it dries, unpleasant sweet taste
Published:June 13, 2012
I wouldn't buy this product again. It didn't work for me and I doubt it would work if I bought it again.
dries too fast, leaves a nasty feeling when dry
Published:June 13, 2012
In all, ID glide is not a bad lubricant for fucking and jerking off, just be prepared to go through it quickly if you are sexually active.
Affordable, accessible, reliable to a point.
Dries out quick, have to use a lot of it.
Published:May 16, 2012
This lube gets the job done and is pretty good, but nothing to go crazy about. The only reason I want more is because it is the only lube I can find that is sold in such large quantities, and I would rather have a ton and not have to buy lube constantly.
Big bottle. Pump. Pretty good lube. Water-based
Gets sticky. Taste. Water-based. May dry quickly.

ID Glide is long-lasting for a long fun-filled night. It stays wet and smooth and does not get sticky while using it. Comes in a variety of sizes so you can get just the amount you need. I recommend a sample size in your nightstand drawer with a larger bottle to refill it!
Silky smooth for a nice wet feeling; this is not a sticky lube. Easy to clean up.
Design of the cap could be improved. It gets a little messy sometimes and needs to be cleaned off.

A slippery, reasonably long lasting, toy and condom safe, water based lube. Unfortunately it has glycerin and parabens in it so if you have sensitivities to those or wish to avoid them, pass this one up. If you're not worried about those things, this is a very functional product, as long as you don't taste it.
Slippery, lasts a while
Glycerin, parabens, chemicals, awful taste
Published:March 06, 2012
I would not recommend purchasing ID glide as your main water based lubricant. There are many high quality water based lubricants that are similarly priced that do a far better job. The stickiness is unappealing and the glycerin sensitivity turns me off to using this lube.
Inexpensive, readily available.
Frequent reapplication, becomes sticky after only a minute, sweet taste, contains glycerin.
Published:February 14, 2012
Despite the economical price, this lube won't save you any money as it dries up too quickly and becomes sticky, making sure you use half a bottle in one session.
Light, Flows easily, Inexpensive
Sticky! Chemical ingredients that taste like soap, Dries too fast

ID Glide and I just don't work out together. Being a fan of Liquid Silk, Glide has a hard time measuring up. The sticky lubricant provides very little use. It won't be useful for someone with dryness as it dries quickly.
Feels slick at first.
Compatible with toys and condoms.
Contains parabens and glycerin.
Dries almost instantly.

I would recommend having a bottle of this lube handy as it is helpful in any situation and is great for people who don't like the overpowering smell and taste of flavored lubricants. This product allows or easy clean up and it doesn't leave behind any sticky residue.
clear color, easy to clean, not sticky

ID glide has my vote for a decent all-around lube for solo fun. This product is affordable for the quantity supplied, and ID glide should last you a good 6 months in my experience before having to order another bottle.

Overall, you get a decent bang for your buck with the ID glide lube. It's very slippery and functional. Just be prepared to use a lot to get things going.
Slippery, water based, easy cleanup, no bad smell or taste.
Doesn't last too long.

Although this lube is on the high price end it will be well worth your money and a little bottle lasts a long time even if you use it everyday because a little bit goes a long way.
It's a little pricey as far as lubes are concerned.

I loved using ID Glide because it took the pain from friction out of intercourse. The one thing I wish ID Glide did to change their lubes, is to make it more sperm friendly so that I wouldn't have to buy a more expensive lube that is!
Makes intercourse more pleasurable, doesn't have a strong odor, easy to clean up
If you are trying to get pregnant, this lube and others like it are not sperm friendly.

This is a good lube. It gets the job done well. I would have given it 5 stars, but I really hate the bottle's pump. I mean, I really hate it. Thankfully, I.D. does not stain floors or sheets. That being said, next time I will just get a flip-top bottle.
latex condom compatible
does not stain, easy to clean
the pump bottle is a nightmare

for a ok water based lube at a ok price, this one hits all the marks. I will give it 4/5 stars because it gets sticky and the long list of ingredients. ID Glide is no way top of the water based lube pile, but I feel it beats out many of its competitors. If your looking to try out different lubes to find one that works for you, this might be worth a try. If you have found one that works for you, pass on this.
about the middle of the pack for quality of water based lubes

A great lube for the bottom of your toybox - keep it there for when your everyday lube runs out. Don't rely on it if you're sensitive to glycerin or chemical nasties.
Slippery, and will stay so with water and your natural wetness.
Not as natural as other lubes.

Despite its popularity, I found this lube to be bad, and it didn't work for me at all. Read below to see why. I like trying new things, but this soon managed to disappoint me with the smell and stickiness. Just pick something better.
Smells awful, incredibly sticky, lasts a few minutes tops

Overall this is a fantastic lube. It holds its own against many more expensive lubes. I like my Maximus better, but for the price, ID Glide is a great substitute ... just try not to think about the ingredient list while you are using it.
Price, Quality, Long Lasting, Slick, Smooth, No Taste, No Smell

Overall, ID Glide is a fine lubricant for just about everything under the sun. Unfortunately, this is also its downfall: There's not much that makes this lube stand out, and it doesn't have the same luscious, lasting lubricity many have come to enjoy from silicone-based products.
Very slick, highly compatible, and a pleasure to use!
It ain't silicone.

For a good basic lubrication which can be added to anyones collection, ID Glide would be an excellent purchase. It does not dry easily, any residue is easy to wipe off and it has very little flavor. No bells or whistles here and it would be improved with a pump bottle, but generally this is a good product. I give it three stars because it becomes sticky and I do not like the bottle.
No flavor or smell, thick and lasting
Becomes sticky, would prefer a pump bottle

For those women who have no problems with the ingredients, it is absolutely fabulous and worth the purchase. For those like me who cannot or simply choose not to use products with glycerin, petro-chemicals and parabens, it's best to skip it and look elsewhere, though saying it certainly feels like a shame.
Wet, long lasting, easy to use, easy to clean, no smell, non-staining
Contains glycerin, contains petro-chemicals and parabens

The ID Glide lubricant is a great staple, beginner lubricant. It is much better than KY and is worth the decent price. It is best for toys and decent for sex especially if you already have a good amount of natural lubricant to keep it "rejuvenated" longer.
Decent $, rejuvenates with water/spit for up to 1 hour, great for toys, comes in many sizes
Can get sticky, needs to be reapplied, or "rejuvenated"

ID Glide helps to whet your whistle & heightens your masturbatory experiences without making a mess. Cleanup is also extra easy and leaves no traces of stickiness or greasiness. I have had no real problems with this product. But I also haven't found anything that I have allergies to either. If you're prone to allergies then you need to find out what you're allergic to and then avoid that stuff. Like sea food. hahaha
Lasts long for me. Great pump bottle.
None that I can think of or care about.

Longer lasting water based lube, cleans easily, no smell
My only con is that I don't really like water based because they just don't last long enough.

ID Glide is an all-around good lubricant which does its job well; it keeps things slippery for a decent amount of time, is non-staining, non-stinky and its aftermath isn't a ridiculously sticky mess. It's safe for personal use, use with latex condoms, and should be compatible with most, if not all sex toys.
For the price, it's amazing, so it's worth giving a try!
