I give five stars all the time, if a product works as promised without any flaws, and is so good that I know I'd buy it again, and/or recommend it to a friend.

Vibrators I am a little more hard on, simply because I am tired of paying through the nose for something it was promised to do but never even came close. If it promises "deep" vibrations and gives me buzzy... ohhhh that is not very nice.
Glass or g-spot toys (non-vibrating) I seem to give five stars frequently, because they deserve it.
And, I just gave the Fling my latest five out of five rating because Mother Nature made me do it.
