I Simply Don't Want to Take It Out
Truly an incredible toy. Really can make your day quite interesting! If you're on the fence between the medium and large, go for large. Although for women, it seems (from what I've read) you may have a hard time using a large size during intercourse and whatnot. Unfortunately I couldn't tell you how it'd work out for that. Although I thought I'd never say it, I wish Njoy had a size in between the large and 2.0 that kept to the same design as the small, medium, and large.

- Intro -
I'll start first by saying I'm (almost) entirely new to the anal scene. Every time I saw the "anal toy" section, I laughed, thinking surely I would never try something like that... Of course curiosity got the better of me.
After first locating my prostate, etc., I tried anal beads and saw some real promise in this area. I couldn't tell you what compelled me to take such a leap of faith spending this kind of money on a type of toy I've never tried (a plug).
I, like many others, couldn't decide what size to get, large or medium. I read just about every review for both, and ended up flipping a coin, literally, to decide. I've seen reviews concerning the medium plug rotating, sliding out, or feeling like it was going to, which I wasn't too fond of. It ultimately finalized my decision to try the large out.
Instead of explaining all the specs, and the look of the thing, I'll skip to my experience on it, (which I think is probably more important since other reviews get very in-depth on this). All I'll say about the plug physically: it's the highest-quality toy you'll ever buy. Period. I thought the price was as heavy as the plug claimed to be, but it's well worth it.
- Size & Weight -
I was intimated when I first pulled it out of the box. It was very heavy to me, moreso because of the idea of where I was planning on putting this thing. However, the physical size is a little less intimidating than the specs have you believe. That was a definite plus in my book since I didn't want to spend all day having to convince myself it'd fit. However, my number one concern remained: removal. (I'll get to that in a bit.)
- First Time -
I showered, sterilized the plug, put a towel on the bed, grabbed the lubricant, and got in position and tried to relax a bit. Relaxation is obviously the first rule of anal. The plug, being metal, holds heat very well, so it was nice and warm after I had washed it, which I found comforting for the first time.
This helped the lube I put on it kind of "melt" around the plug bulb, as opposed to it just sitting there bunched up (since anal lubes are thicker then usual). I "lined up" and pushed gently without any warm-up. I figured that if I went slow enough, I wouldn't need to warm up. And in fact, it worked just fine that way. It took a good 5-10 minutes. Once it reaches its apex, you'll know, and you can just slide the rest in with ease.
- Initial impressions -
Well, I didn't feel much while lying on my back. I waited a bit so I could tighten up around the shaft portion. It only took a couple of minutes, especially if you clench a few times. I then got up. Standing is where I immediately felt something. I can't at all describe in words how exactly this feels. It was an entirely new feeling (and still is). It simply felt good. Now, walking is where things got more interesting. I gave the plug a couple gentle tugs to see how stuck in it was. It stayed put, until I intentionally relaxed and pulled; then the shaft portion slightly pulled out, and I could then feel the pressure of the actual bulb portion. This was good on both sides for me. It both stayed in, and felt like removal wouldn't be too hard.
I then decided to take a quick trip to get dinner. The little things are what really got me. Going down a set of stairs, or even off a curb, was, well, stimulating. A very good kind. I felt a little awkward at first, almost thinking someone would stop and point and say, "Right there! That guy is wearing a plug! Let's all laugh at him!" Well, that didn't happen. As it is, you can hardly see it even without underwear on.
- Removal -
After getting back home and hanging out after three hours of wear, I decided it was time to see how hard it would be to take out. I got in the same position as insertion, and relaxed, pulling slightly. It took a mere thirty seconds at best, and once it reached the apex again it would have probably shot out if it weren't for me holding it. I was relieved.

Experience
-How I stimulate and wear -
I ALWAYS wear it with the bulb pointing toward my back. I'm not a fan of the pressure on my prostate, and it causes three problems. It will attempt to rotate backwards, but stop halfway, which is very uncomfortable between your cheeks. It will feel like it's falling out (and the handle will start to droop slightly, which is also uncool). And it will kind of hurt after a very short time (30 minutes or so).
-Subsequent Times Used-
I've only had this thing for a week, but things have gotten better every time I've used it. I've gotten so comfortable with it that I can insert it while standing (knees bent a bit) and get it in without any prior play every time in about 10 seconds. Still, it WILL NOT come out unless I want it to. At that point, it's cake. In fact, it takes even less time. Truly everything I've experienced about anal play is psychological. If you are ready for it, and comfortable, you'll have no problems and no pain.
Like I said before, activities that are usually less exciting can be very stimulating. Stairs, curbs, or just walking. My favorite is that quick jog you do when crossing a street and that car won't slow down...
When indoors, sitting down doesn't do too much for me. But it's the knowledge of what's inside me that I find most intriguing. It allows for a slow turn-on/build-up until you masturbate or have intercourse.
If you are a stomach sleeper like me though, then wearing this to bed is the absolute best. If you aren't, still try lying on your stomach. The bulb will try to get pulled in, which causes internal pressure, and pulling on the handle will stimulate your anus. Really an incredible feeling. It also will slightly affect your prostate, if you have one.
-Long-term wear-
You could probably live the rest of your life wearing this thing. It doesn't have to be a sexual turn-on or whatnot during this kind of use unless you want it to be. Otherwise, it's just a tool to stimulate a completely neglected area, which I find very relaxing.
Using the restroom is kind of a hassle though. I find it very difficult to pee standing up. In order to do so, I have to hold the handle so it won't come out, but it's still hard to keep the stream going, I think because of the way it puts pressure inside you. For going number two, like I said, it's easy to remove, but you need lube to put it back in.
I also recommend NOT wearing this for any lengthy car ride as it gets slightly uncomfortable over time. You also should probably not go work out with it in. I haven't tried it, but heavy lifting like using the squat rack and bench may cause some problems... And obviously running.
