Pure plug large - butt plug discontinued by Njoy - review by bobbinsnz

As my review of the Medium Pure Plug makes clear, I am a big big fan of the Njoy range. After buying and enjoying the medium Pure Plug for some months, the only issue I found with it was that my partner and I owned only one! Naturally a his 'n' hers was required. There was nowhere to go but up and so I ordered the large Pure Plug.

It has the same excellent quality as the medium Pure Plug (and all other Njoy products). Presented in a satin lined box, and made from highly polished steel, the Njoy plugs are little works of art as much as they are toys. They're easy to clean as well – the smooth surface can be cleaned with hot water and soap, or boiled between uses.

The large is significantly larger than the medium, with the widest point being 1.5” across, as opposed to the 1.25” of the medium. The fraction of an inch doesn’t sound like a lot but in a material as hefty as steel it makes quite a difference. The large is probably not for beginners, and even more-experienced players should approach it with a lot of lube. Fortunately, as it is made of steel the Pure Plug can be used with silicone or water-based lube. Personally I’ve enjoyed using it with silicone lube in the shower, as it lasts longer and doesn’t immediately wash off.

In use the large plug is everything the small brings, and then some. The curve of the plug means it rests perfectly on the prostate, if you happen to have one, or gives something for your muscles to clench around during sex or masturbation otherwise. The handle is designed so it sits comfortably between the cheeks and doesn’t shift too much during use.

In short, the large Pure Plug is another winner from Njoy. My Njoy collection is growing quickly and shows no signs of slowing down.
