Oh how long have we yearned for this toy with the expectation of a butt plug to end all other butt plugs. This toy has been on our wish list for an eternity and frankly we've been idiots to not order this brilliant work of ass art earlier. This plug is pricey, that was the deterrent for us, meaning we had to save our pennies for a while but do we ever appreciate the wait and the enjoyment of owning what we both can honestly say is the best butt toy in our collection!
The Pure Plug Large is versatile and, although designed mostly for anal use, it can also be used vaginally. The hefty weight is excellent for performing kegel exercises and placing a pound of steel anywhere inside your body will not go unnoticed. The pronounced curve and bulbous head of this toy make it wonderful for prostrate massage and the length finds the p-spot perfectly. Anyone into temperature play will love the fact that steel holds hot/cold extremely well and I love having this plug ran across my nipples after leaving it in the freezer for a few minutes. This stainless steel butt plug will last a lifetime and just may be passed down through generations!

The Pure Plug Large has a most ingenious design that obviously has had quite a bit of thought put into it from the fine folks at NJOY. They have really done their homework and crafted a toy that meets all our desires in a plug. They bulbous head of the Pure Plug has a tear-drop shape with the tip slightly flattened to a comfortable rounded taper. I hope that makes sense because it really helps with initial insertion and is a great design feature. While we consider ourselves intermediate ass players we had absolutely no trouble taking the Pure Plug because the taper on the head just begs your ass to open up and say 'ahhhhhh'. Measuring 1 1/2" in diameter at the widest point and 2 1/2" in insert-able length this isn't a toy for size queens looking for extreme stretching with the goal of fisting etc. Total length is 3 1/2" including the wonderful handle with the etched NJOY label at the bottom of it. The loop handle allows for a small finger to go through it for easy control and I love the flatness of it. Wide enough to ensure this plug won't be completely sucked inside the body it's also very comfortable between the cheeks. Most traditional plugs have a more round or square base that becomes irritating during long term wear. NJOY has obviously thought of that and the handle/base is almost unnoticeable allowing you to prance happily around or sit all day with your secret pound of steel nestled in your ass! I no trouble working this toy back and forth across my husbands prostate even with slippery hands because the handle is so easy to grab. Once inside the quick narrowing to the small neck of the Pure Plug helps ensure that it stays inside the ass. Many plugs want to push themselves out after insertion and can be difficult to hold in place by clenching the butt muscles but we didn't feel that with this toy. Despite being a pound in weight it just found a spot to nestle inside both of us. As far as being discreet, I don't think so. Most people will know this plug isn't a paperweight or ninja weapon. While it would look good in the china cabinet I think we will not be placing ours on display.

Dry with a soft cloth and avoid scrubbing with brillo-type pads because this will scratch the mirrored finish of the Pure Plug. Minor scratches could be removed with rubbing compound but you'd rather not go there in the first place. Try not to drop this heavy plug on tiled floors because the toy will win and you'll be replacing flooring.
Lubrication can be accomplished with anything compatible with your body. Water, silicone, and oil based lubes are all excellent choices, won't degrade this butt plug, and will clean off easily. A little lube will go a long way because the non-porous surface doesn't absorb.
We store the Pure Plug in the lovely box it came in. It's satin lined and very classy!

While the packaging isn't really eco-friendly or minimalistic it certainly is gorgeous. The Pure Plug Large arrives in a beautiful hinged black box with the NJOY logo printed in chrome on the lid. Opening the box reveals this work of art nestled in pink satin in all it's glory as if it's waiting for your tight little ass! If I'm sounding excited it's because I am, every time I open this box this plug seems to beckon to me from it's resting place. It's artful, classy, and elegant, with the purpose of protecting this toy investment from scratches for an eternity.
Inside the top of the box is a pamphlet welcoming you to NJOY and soliciting feedback about their products. There's a reference to their website as well as care instructions and a blurb about the use of hypoallergenic, medical grade stainless steel for crafting their toys. The back side of the pamphlet is more of an advertisement for their products with the specs listed but it still looks very professional.

If you've made it this far into the review you can easily see I absolutely love the Pure Plug Large! Actually, we both love this toy and can't keep our butts off it. It's still a newcomer to our collection but is probably the most elegant and functional ass toy we own. I truly regret not adding this to our toy box a long time ago when I first saw this product. Although the cost is more than most butt plugs this will outlast and outperform them all. We were a little leery on choosing the large size because we're intermediate anal aficionados but have had no trouble taking the plug into our hungry behinds. Don't be scared off by the 'large' moniker.
It's rare for us to give anything a 5-star rating but the Pure Plug receives it without problem. If there was a sixth star I'd give it! This butt plug is simply awesome and will be at the top of the toy box probably until we die when it will be bequeathed to future generations!
