The Pure Wand has become my favorite toy over the last couple months for prostate stimulation. The curved shape easily lets me get the pressure exactly where I want it, and the bulb at the end somehow seems to hit me just right almost every time, sort of "pulling" across the prostate, if that makes any sense. I have also started not to warm it up before I use it. The coolness of the metal is quite pleasant at first, and then it nicely adjusts to my body temperature. I also appreciate the weight of the toy, which feels substantial.

The Pure Wand is also very nice for "in and out" stimulation, as it is extremely smooth and doesn't "catch" much at all, unlike, say, silicone dildos, even with less than the recommended amount of lube. And, for the same reason, one doesn't have to worry about what lube to use, as I don't know of any lubes that couldn't be used with a metal toy. For the same reason, again, it is very easy to clean. I usually just clean mine with soap and water, in the shower, but it could be sterilized, if one wished to do that.

Size-wise, I find the toy a nearly perfect fit. The smaller bulb is easy to insert, but large enough to put pressure over a decent-sized area of my prostate. The larger bulb, which is 1.5", I find more of a challenge, as I'm no size-king, but it's worth the effort (and lubrication) as the larger end does hit more places than the smaller one.

An unexpected benefit of the toy is that it can also be used somewhat like an Aneros or Nexus. If I lie on my back, the weight of the toy---it's curved upwards in that position---just forces the head into the prostate, and doing Kegels, as with an Aneros, easily brings on orgasms. It's a nice "hands-free" alternative to how I'll guess it's generally used.
