These balls are great for toning your pelvic floor muscles. The best way to see results is to be sure to use them regularly. I prefer to use the balls at the gym because I'm reminded to use them. Since I'm actively exercising, it makes me squeeze my pelvic floor muscles harder and intensifies the result. Plus, it gives me the feeling that I have a naughty secret, which magnifies my mood for later with my fiancé.

The Teneo Duo has a smooth finish with raised texture in some places. I like the pleasure effect it provides, but you need to use lube generously to make it work. The balls are a bit difficult to insert because they aren't one rigid piece like a dildo. The retrieval cord is very sturdy and you don't have to worry about it breaking when you remove the balls.

The design looks great and has a nice feel to it. The shape is good for its job. The size works perfectly for me. But, for first-time users or people who aren't as experienced, they should start with a slightly smaller size or try the Uno instead.

These balls are suitable for travel because you can discreetly hide them in a small, opaque bag that will fit in your purse.

This product is really easy to clean; soap and water are all I use. I store it in my box of wonders with all my other toys. I use a water-based lube on the balls and have no problems with that. I've never tried to use it with oil-based lubes, but this product comes with an instruction pamphlet that may include information regarding that.

The Teneo Duo came in a little box with instructions included. I use the box to store batteries for my other toys.
