I was referred this product by a sexologist friend. She told me when looking for kegel balls you want to consider material and the rumble it makes. (Fun fact, she says avoid gold ones because they can flake off in your vagina which is gross.) Originally, I wanted the ones from Je Joue, but these were A)cheaper, B)seemed a lot less intimidating.

This is going to sound so strange, but I think I trained myself to like running with these kegel balls. I would run on the treadmill at an incline with the kegel balls in and didn't really feel a huge difference at first. I could feel the muscles working and get a "ooh, that's not bad" feeling once every so often but nothing overly pleasurable (which is probably good because there was that one woman who wore vibrating panties to the grocery store and passed out due to pleasure). But the fact of the matter is that I do feel tighter and I think it has helped my orgasms.

The material is silicone which makes this toy very easy to clean. What's been suggested to me is soap and water. I use this after I use it and before I use it. And you can even boil it in water for a couple of minutes.

Side note, I use lube to get them in. Just a little bit to make it easier because they're not like a huge turn on, but you don't have to if you don't want to. But just a bit to ease the way because you don't want too much or it'll get on whatever you're wearing. I can easily see this just being a thing you put in at the beginning of the day and take off somewhere in the middle of it then it can slip easily back into your bag.

Make sure you go to the bathroom before you put them in. When it hits the right spot it might feel like you need to pee but you usually don't. It's just the spot it happened to hit. I've been told contact with the g-spot can stimulate something like that.
