This is best left inside of you while cleaning the house to loud music. It takes little while for the internal balls to start feeling good, and honestly, a vacuum cleaner really helps, or taking a break to dance to the music.

Keep in mind that the string is kind of short if you are larger girl, and you might have to check it every so often. Also, this creates a little bit of suction during removal. It's not uncomfortable, but it requires a solid tug.

I don't suggest using this anally because there is no stopper. Vaginally, this is more for an intermediate user.

The design is nice. The balls themselves are rigid, but the connecting piece in the center is flexible enough for easy insertion. The grooves on the balls are supposed to give added stimulation, but I couldn't really feel them.

I didn't really think it was heavy enough for me, but for someone just starting a Kegel regimen, this would be great. It is well constructed, and with a little lube, feels good when being inserted.

Regular toy cleaner is safe to use, or even some soap and water. Be careful to not bend the connector piece in the middle too much. Mine hasn't broken, but the pink color fades to white, showing the stress, so I fear it could break. I doubt anyone has the vaginal strength to break it internally though. Just be careful when you pull it out and when washing it.

If you want something you can wear all day, this is really nice and secure. It is discreet enough to even take to work for workouts during down time.

I've been doing Kegel exercises for about 10 years now, and recently began buying products to determine my agility. Unlike Ben Wa balls, because of the string, there is no risk of losing this toy inside of you. It is a little bit heavier. I would suggest this for anyone who thinks they need a bit of vaginal toning or something to increase arousal throughout the day.
