Makes kegels more fun
If you're looking for a Kegel exerciser and not sure if the others are too big for your anatomy, give the Teneo Uno a try. It's a great assistance to remembering to do your Kegels and making the process fun.

When I first wrote the review I thought that this was exactly what kegel exercisers were supposed to be, but after talking with a lot of people I have realized that the Teneo Uno is probably more lacking than I once thought it was. Sure, it provides something to clench around while doing kegels, but it doesn't provide any sort of internal stimulation like others are said to do. I would skip this and go for something like the original Smartballs or Luna Beads.

Interesting review. I'm really hoping that I will be able to feel this item and at least get some kind of sensation from it. I'm one of those who the Smart Balls were just too long for. They definitely didn't fit me right, but for the short period I had them in, they were very stimulating. Hopefully this can give a similar feeling without the pain of something that is a bit too long...Fingers crossed! -

thanks. sometimes when i read these reviews i think that it's all up to the eyes of the beholder. some people seem to really like this product. while others say it falls short. it does seem like a nice starter item if you don't want to spend a lot and are not sure if you would like the sensation. thanks for the review -
