I see what the hype was about.

So far, I love Sassy booty. It is a fantastic water-based anal lube that is great for sensitive skin. It can be used for a variety of sexual activities as well. This may be my new favorite lube and definitely is making my top 3. It is vegan, paraben-free, glycerine-free and reasonably priced. What's not to like?

I have to say, Sassy Booty has definitely lived up to the ratings, hype and expectations I had for it.

Use

Sassy Booty is Sliquids signature water-based anal lube, as the name implies, though it can be used for any number of sexual activities. It is very similar to Sliquid H20, but in a bit thicker density. I was curious about trying this one, since it gets mostly rave reviews. I have to say, I think I agree that it is a great lube for anal use. I love how it clings to my toys and doesn't run like some other lubes might. It leaves your skin feeling clean and smooth after use, like it was never there. No stickiness and no itching.

Sliquid Sassy Booty can be safely used with any materials and is vegan-friendly. In addition, it is paraben and glycerine-free, so it should be ideal for someone with sensitive skin.

The best thing about it is that it dries up nicely and absorbs into your skin. No sticky mess afterwords.

Because it is water-based, it is compatible with any toy or condom material.

I've been using JO Silicone lubes and Maximus for use with anal toys mostly and like those as well, but Sassy Booty might possibly take over the top spot, at least with the silicone toys. I will need more practice with both to be certain, but I am definitely impressed and plan on buying more.

Update: I ordered a 2nd bottle, because I am liking this so much. I think this is my favorite anal lube yet. A bottle should last me quite a while, but I don't want to be without it, when the time comes.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

Sliquid is 100% Vegan, which is a big selling point for those who are vegan or have sensitive skin. It is also glycerin-free, L-arginine-free, paraben-free and petro-chemicals-free

It is about the consistency of hand soap and very clear. It feels slick and is very easy to dispense. I Like the containers Sliquid products come in, both in appearance and size. The lube is never sticky and stays in place when putting on a toy, without running like more watery lubes (even silicone) do. I've had no issues with leaking either.

The ingredients are : Purified water, plant Cellulose (from cotton), Cyamopsis (guar conditioner), Potassium sorbate, citric acid.

Taste / Aroma

There is no aroma and I did not taste the lube, but I suspect it is pretty tasteless, based on the ingredients (similar to other lubes I use) and lack of smell.

Performance

So far, I've used Sassy booty for inserting anal toys and prostate massagers. It does the job well and stays where you put it. My skin has no adverse reactions, no stickiness and Sassy Booty washes off easily. I do find sometimes, when I use Maximus, I can get a slight itchiness back there, but with Sassy, I get none of that and it feels very natural. This may become my Go-to water-based anal lube.

It feels natural and seems to last as long as I need it. I have not had actual anal sex or done much in the way of thrusting with toys yet, but I suspect this lube will work as needed.

It can be used for vaginal sex or masturbation as well, as others have praised it for. I have not used it for those activities, but I did try it for rubbing my penis between my partners ass cheeks and a small dollop lasted as long as I needed it to and did not require reapplication. I did try just a little for some masturbation foreplay and it seems pretty good for that, but may require occasional refreshing with water or saliva for extended sessions.

I really have no complaints about the lube at all, other than it is out-of-stock more than it should be at EF.

Packaging

Sliquid comes in a 4oz clear bottle with a pink label. It is not really discreet and is classy looking. It is easy to see how much lube you have left, which is a good thing. It has a pop-top lid that makes one-handed dispensing easy and mess free. The ingredients are listed on the label. The bottle does not leak, which is great, because it is really annoying when you open a drawer or bag and find it coated in lube.

The package arrived with the lube in a clear plastic bag like all EF deliveries. The bottle had a tamper-proof safety seal as well, that must be removed before using.

I do like the bottle and packaging a lot. The 4oz is a good supply to keep you going for a while as well.

Follow-up commentary
I've been using this for a about 3 months now and it's by far the best water-based lubricant for anal toys I have tried. I've already ordered a spare bottle for when I run out. I highly recommend it for use with all kinds of anal toys.
