I have found the best use for Astroglide is any form of sex play you can think of. I enjoy using it just with a vibrator or with my husband. It works great with condoms and is a lightweight lube. This water based lube so it works great with toys. I have a few toys at home that I have used Astroglide with have found them to be very compatible. This works great when a little extra lubrication is needed. I use it for my vaginal sex toys, my vibrator during masturbation, for fingering, and during intercourse. I like this lube, but have found it to be sticky after a while, and it is natural feeling. You do need to figure out the right amount to use, because sometimes you need to add more in the middle of intercourse or otherwise it is just like a slip and slide. It does provide get friction protection for some of those hot moves. The taste of this lube does leave much to be desired for myself, but my husband does not seem to mind the taste so much. I do recommend this to anyone looking for a lightweight lube great for even everyday use.

I have found this lube to be velvety, but it still has a sticky texture. It is a little thicker than water and can make a mess when being poured out of the container. I have found it does work better than the jelly lubes. I like the plain lube because when using the heating or intense over time I found they got hotter and soon became unusable. This works wonders in adding a little extra lubrication just where you need it, moisturizes the labia, and makes for a good time later on without reapplying. Over all a good lube.

There is little scent to Astroglide, not unlike KY lube. When it is applied, it does not have a smell. It easily gets absorbed in the skin and moisturizes as it goes. This product is not labeled as edible, but my husband found the taste is not bad; it could be worst and it could be better. I do not like the taste personally, but a flavored version of Astroglide would bring something new to the table. Astroglide has a light fresh smell and not a bad taste so as a tasteful and smelling lube it is pleasantly plain.

With this lubricant a little can go a long way, but with some situations a positions reapplying may be necessary. Astroglide makes for a silky smooth experience. I have found that if you do use a little bit, you may need to reapply; but if you squeeze a whole bunch out it could make for a slip and slide experience. This product does not need to be rinsed off and makes for a great moisturizer for the genital area. With Astroglide it can be used for a multitude of activities from masturbation to anal play; it is up to the user to decide.

The packaging for Astroglide is discreet. It includes instructions on the box and contains more in depth instructions inside the box. This is suitable for travel and even says on the bottle that it can now go on a plane.
