The Only Clit Stimulator You'll Ever Need or Want

The Eroscillator delivers the quickest, easiest, most satisfying clitoral orgasms that any sex toy has ever given me. It's my all-time favorite clitoral stimulator. I'm rating it 4 stars because it doesn't come with my favorite attachment (the Fingertip) and the attachments are made of a porous material - but other than that, it's a perfect toy.

Use

The Eroscillator is an electrically powered, oscillating massager, specifically intended to stimulate the clitoris - though some of the extra attachments are made to be used vaginally, anally, or on the nipples or labia.

While the Eroscillator is often grouped in with other popular plug-in toys, like the Hitachi Magic Wand or the Wahl, it really doesn't fall into the same category as those toys. It can't even pretend to be something you use to alleviate muscle pain. It's clearly a clit-focused toy.

Material / Texture

The main unit of the Eroscillator is made of plastic. I don't notice any smells or tastes coming from this material. The plastic is hard and cannot be bent. While the surface of the main unit is ridged, it's not for pleasure reasons - it's to make the Eroscillator easier to hold onto, even with lubed fingers.

The attachments are made of elastomer, so they have more give than the main unit. They can be bent and squished a bit. Again, I don't detect that the attachments have any smells or tastes.

Each of the attachments that come with this set have two sides, so you get double the variety. The Cup & Ball attachment has a nice smooth concave side that cups the clitoris nicely, and a convex side with three little bumps on it. The Golden Spoon attachment's concave side has one little bump in the top of it, for added clitoral stimulation, and its convex side has eight small bumps that form an oval. The Grapes & Cockscomb attachment has a very, very textured side (the "grapes") featuring several larger bumps, and a slender "cockscomb" side which provides more pinpoint stimulation.

Design / Shape / Size

The Eroscillator was certainly designed with function, not form, in mind. It's not visually attractive, which many reviewers complain about, but I honestly don't care, because it delivers the quickest, easiest, most satisfying clitoral orgasms of any toy I've ever owned.

Its bronze body is long, slender, ridged, and easy to hold onto. Some might consider the Eroscillator to be overly long, but I find that it's thin enough that its size isn't a problem.

The attachments are easy to put on and take off. The plug is easy to attach to the bottom part, and to remove for cleaning.

The Eroscillator doesn't exactly look like a sex toy - it looks more like an electric toothbrush or a medieval torture device - so your guests probably wouldn't guess it was a vibrator from the looks of it, but they might ask you what it is, since it's so strange-looking. For this reason, I tend to put mine away when I have people over.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The Eroscillator has three speeds, and these are easily clicked through with the sliding switch on the side of the main unit, which shows you at a glance the number of the setting you're on. It's very intuitive and easy to operate, though I sometimes find myself clicking up to the 3rd speed by accident when I only meant to go up to the 2nd one.

The machinery of the toy causes the attachments to oscillate very intensely and quickly, back and forth, like an oscillating fan. Some attachments conduct this oscillation better than others (of the three included, I find the Grapes & Cockscomb feels the strongest).

It's only very rarely that I find myself wanting a higher power level than the 3rd setting - and that's usually just a leftover instinct from when I used to use traditional vibrators. The Eroscillator doesn't need to be jackhammer-strong, because oscillations are so much deeper and more gratifying than vibrations.

The Eroscillator has a medium volume level when you first turn it on - it can be heard through blankets, but not through a closed door - but as soon as it's pressed to the body, it becomes significantly quieter.

Care and Maintenance

The main unit is apparently waterproof and can be washed (when not plugged in, of course).

The attachments are also waterproof and can be washed with soap and water, but you're not supposed to boil them. They're made of slightly porous elastomer, so if you want to share them with a partner or use them anally, you have to slip a condom over them. Needless to say, this is a bit frustrating, given that the Eroscillator is prohibitively expensive and therefore should be made of higher-quality materials.

The attachments have a silicone coating, I believe, so they collect a lot of lint. I store them together in a plastic bag to keep the dirt and dust away from them, and if necessary, give them a little rinse before use.

Packaging

My Eroscillator arrived in a pinkish-red box that some find garish and ugly. I thought it was okay-looking. It's not discreet, as there is information on it about sexual pleasure and masturbation, but it would be good for gifting, since it has an air of class and presentation to it.

I haven't used the original box for storage, because it has many little compartments that would be hard to re-assemble after initially opening the box and removing the contents.

The Eroscillator comes with a booklet that is filled with information about how to use it, what each attachment is for, what additional attachments you can buy online, etc. The info wasn't particularly helpful to me, as a veteran user of sex toys, but it might be of use to someone who is unfamiliar with her own anatomy or hasn't done much masturbating before.

Personal comments

I highly recommend that you also pick up the Ultra-Soft Fingertip attachment, if you have the means. I liked my Eroscillator before I got that attachment, but now I LOVE it.

Experience

Oscillations are infinitely better than vibrations. They never numb me out, so I can use the Eroscillator for as long as I want without worrying about losing sensation. They don't jackhammer my clit, so I can leave the toy pressed to my body even right after orgasm and it doesn't feel like a sensation overload. Plus, oscillations just feel deeper and better than vibrations. The difference is hardly noticeable when you first start using the Eroscillator, but when you go back to your old vibrators and try them out again, you'll definitely detect a huge difference in sensation and experience.

I love that the Eroscillator is thin enough for me to easily hold it between my partner's body and my own while we have sex. It makes it much easier for me to achieve orgasm during intercourse, and is perfect for those lazy days when I just don't feel like rubbing my clit manually.
Follow-up commentary
The Eroscillator may be my all-time favorite sex toy. It has truly revolutionized my masturbation experience, as well as improved my sex life in general.

The Eros is my go-to vibe for solo sexytimes because it doesn't numb me out. So if I want to jerk off for upwards of 20 minutes, I can do so without losing sensation. This is different from every other vibrator I own and I'm really grateful for that.

Using the Eros during penetrative sex is a breeze, as well. It's slim, not too heavy, and doesn't get in the way in any of the positions we've tried. It feels so effortlessly amazing that I can focus on the thrusting and the G-spot sensations rather than needing to concentrate on my clit, and this has led to some seriously intense blended orgasms for me.

Additionally, my boyfriend was recently able to reach orgasm from holding the Eros against his frenulum. It was a hot new experience for him and it was fun for me to watch, too!

Overall, the Eroscillator is the best clit toy I've ever tried and I doubt if I'll ever find one that I like better. It's worth every penny and I recommend it to everyone with a clit!
