Looks like Jenna Jameson's in a spot of trouble over her appearance at Perez's 33rd birthday bash. Seems she had entered into a contract to make appearances at Hollywood Palms Cinema in Naperville and the Hollywood Boulevard Cinema in Woodridge, Calif., and autograph copies of her book How To Make Love Like A Porn Star ... but Jameson never showed.
The owner of the theaters, Ted E.C. Bulthaup III, says he received a really weak excuse about Jameson being ill, and then caught wind of her other plans.
“Numerous pictures of [Jameson] soon surfaced on the Internet, all of which appear to show [Jameson] in good health,” reads one allegation in the lawsuit. “Simply put, Hollywood [Bulthaup's company] believes that [Jameson] was never ill. Rather, [Jameson] got an offer that she thought would be more fun and decided to leave Hollywood in the lurch.”
Sorry Teddy, but we'd totally blow you off for Perez Hilton's birthday bash, too. Did you see who was there? Dita Von Teese, alone, would bring us to the party! But Macy Gray? Debbie Gibson?! And Selena Gomez made a surprise entrance from beneath the skirts of a stilted tranny. It sounds (and looks!) like fun was had by all.
In any case, no one showed up to defend Jameson at trial. Not even Jameson herself. So the judge entered a default finding for the plaintiff, the sum of which will be decided when Bulthaup provides proof of the financial damages his company incurred due to Jameson's breach of contract.
