Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Vamp...

Once you can tear your eyes away from the pretty sparkles, the Vamp, being a silicone dildo, has quite a few number of uses. Since this toy has a base, you can use it in a harness. The base also allows you anal usage, since it won't get lost in the void, and create an awkward ER trip. It also retains cold, so you can use it for temperature play as well.

The nice thing about Vamp is that his size is not intimidating, so users on every level can use him. However, be aware of the pronounced head, as it can drag uncomfortably at times, but more on that later.

As a sidenote, due to the recent Twilight craze (obviously,) Vamp would have creative uses in roleplaying, as well. Now you can finally have your favorite vampire! Personally, I'd go more with a vampire like Lestat, or Armand (from The Vampire Chronicles, a series by Anne Rice,) but I think I have more excitement in danger than the average person. Anywho, this works especially well with the ability to retain cold, so I suggest giving that a shot!

The nice part about silicone is that you can use it just about anywhere (including bath time!) But please, remember to not use silicone lubricant. It will destroy this pretty dildo unless you use a condom.

Vamp is made from 100% body-safe silicone. There was literally no taste that I could notice, and it had a bit of a plasticy smell, like most silicone does. There is some drag to the material, which can be fixed with the use of water-based lubricant.

Silicone has some give to it, and is firm. It is not porous at all. This means no condoms, unless you want to use a silicone lubricant. I want to stress again, water-based lubricant! A silicone based lubricant will destroy a silicone dildo, which just wastes all the money you invested into your toy!

Now, Vamp is meant to be a realistic toy, although a real penis does not sparkle. It is textured slightly to show veins, and a pronounced head. While not feeling extremely realistic, it may be just me, but the glittering was exciting enough. Maybe that's because I'm easily amused, or love things that glitter, but it just made me even more aroused.

The best thing about the texture on Vamp is that every level of user can use it. It also makes for very nice usage in just about every way you can imagine using a dildo. Definitely getting your money's worth here!

Again, I am going to flat-out say: If it glitters/sparkles, I will find a way to make it mine. Thus, when I found Vamp, I put off other toys just to make sure I added this to my collection, even if I didn't ever use it. Being a pale fleshy color makes it hard to notice the sparkle when you first see the toy, until you get a close up of the material. This just got me all excited, before I even clicked add to cart. When I finally got it in my hands? Oh, boy. Let's not go there.

Vamp has a very non-intimidating size. Just over 6 inches, at about an 1.5 inches in diameter, there should be no trouble getting Vamp into wherever you're going to put him! This should also mean little to no lube, unless you're going with anal. So, an average user should have no problems using Vamp at all.

The design really has absolutely no flaws, as far as I have been able to see. The head isn't really too realistic, but that really has proven to not even be a nuisance since I nearly ripped it out of its box. After I was done marveled at its sparkles, I marveled at at how much it really does look like a real penis. And I said to myself, "This pleases me." Even though I hadn't even used it yet.

Vamp has lived up to its name in every aspect. It retains temperature extremely well, since that's one of the huge reasons I really decided to get this toy. While I really don't think silicone feels realistic, the ability of this dildo to retain temperature really puts it close. I might add, although it says it is harness compatible, I don't actually own one, so I can't give any opinion there.

Now, finally, onto the over pronounced head!

That was the first thing I noticed, and the first thing I thought I wouldn't like. However, with the delicious drag silicone tends to create, that over pronounced head hit all the right places. And, since silicone does still have some give to it, that drag against the G-Spot? Oh, boy. Let me tell you. That is fantastic.

So, needless to say, it definitely out preformed my expectations. Especially since when I chilled it, it kept the temperature for quite awhile. I haven't found anything I don't like about it yet, either.

Silicone is non-porous. This means it's probably the easiest material to clean, other than glass and metal. For an easy fix, you can wipe the toy down with a cleaner wipe, an antibac soap, or a 10% bleach solution. You can also boil this material, or throw it in the top rack of your dishwasher. It's probably once of the most carefree materials you can get for your toys, and is the safest, with nothing harmful to your body.

Silicone is a bit sticky, so be sure to store your Vamp covered. If you don't, it will collect all sorts of hair and lint, which is absolutely disgusting. I suggest maybe a plastic bag, although mine is in a freezer bag, inside of a plastic bag. I am that hateful towards my toys collecting friends to a party when not invited.

This point, I cannot stress enough. Do not use ANYTHING but water-based lubricant! It can, and will, destroy your toy! And silicone toys are not cheap! You could cover with a condom if you must use a silicone lubricant, but I do not suggest even that, especially if you are using a toy that has balls.

Now, please remember, if you're sharing your toy, to cover with a condom, or to clean properly in between uses! The cleaner your toy is, the more decreased your chances are for infections.

Although I don't have my box anymore, I remember that it was clear, and you could definitely tell that Vamp was a dildo. I also decided when I opened it that the box was not for storing my toy, so I threw it away. No instructions were included. It was a plastic box, with a couple of inserts to keep it in place.

I can't stress enough how much I love the sparkly sheen of this toy. It also came out in a purple color, which sadly, I didn't get. So, hey, if anyone has one they decide to part with, I'll be happy to buy it from you.

Back on track, I have to say, this toy really took me off guard. I had never bought a silicone toy before, and I absolutely fell in love with them after this one. This undead piece has hit my top five list!
