The Vamp is another one of those dildos that seems to be able to do it all! This dildo features a flared base, which makes it safe for anal penetration. The size, while not perfect for beginners to anal, should be a comfortable fit for most. The flared base also works great as a handle. You can bring the Vamp into your bathroom for some shower play, but you may run into some complications. The silicone material of the Vamp can create some drag, so lube might be required. Silicone can only be used with water based lubricants, and water based lubes do not do well in the tub. If you naturally lube up easily (or you have found a water based lube that can function okay in the shower), this dildo may very well be your new shower buddy. The shaft is somewhat curved for G-spot stimulation. The curve will not work for everyone. Personally, I have a very shallow G-spot so the curve hits my spot nicely.

This dildo is composed of silicone. Silicone is a non-porous material. It does have a bit of drag to it, so lubrication may be needed. When using lube, be sure it is a water based lubricant. Silicone based lubes can damage the silicone of your toy. Silicone is odorless and has no taste. Silicone can be completely disinfected, but more on that later. If you are going to be sharing this dildo with a partner in the same play session, I would still recommend using a condom. The same goes for those of you who like to go from one hole to another. The silicone used for the Vamp has some give to it, but it still remains firm. So for those who need firm pressure on their G-spot, this might work for you.



The Vamp is a realistic dildo meant to resemble your favorite vampire, whether that be Eric, Bill, or Edward. Whoever you lust after, this dildo will make your wet dreams come true. This dildo features a nice pronounced head with realistic veins. Even if you hate anything vampire related, this dildo would make an excellent addition to any toy collection. The head creates a little bit of a popping sensation.

The size of the Vamp proved to be very comfortable for me. It is 6 3/4" in total length, but only 6 1/4" of that can be inserted. This dildo has a diameter of 1 1/2". I find this dildo to be great for some heavy thrusting. I have yet to experience any discomfort or pain when it comes to using this toy. If you have a shallow vagina, I might take some caution. The silicone material is quite firm, and might cause some bruising.
As said above, this dildo has a very realistic design. It obviously looks like a penis. It is in no way discreet. I would also like to caution that the pronounced head might catch on the pubic bone. The bottom of the flared base is shiny and very smooth.

The Vamp is a little bit of a lint magnet, but most silicone toys are. When it comes to shower play, I almost always need lube. Water based lubes and showers always lead to a huge FAIL in the end for me. If you have found a water based lube that works well in the shower, then the Vamp would make an excellent shower toy. Size queens and kings might find the size to be underwhelming. As always, the slight curve is not going to hit everyone in the right spot. Other than those few flaws, I really like this dildo.

Silicone is very easy to clean and take care of. For everyday cleaning, warm water and antibacterial soap or your favorite toy cleaner works just fine. For a deeper clean you can boil it for about 3 minutes, or you can wash is down with a 10% bleach solution. After cleaning, I let my Vamp air dry. Then he goes back into his original packaging. If you are tight on space, I suggest a Ziploc bag or something like that. Please be sure to only use water based lubricants.

As with most Tantus products, the Vamp comes in a plastic box. The toy can be viewed through every side of the box, except the back. This is not great for those who need to be discreet. There is a plastic tray that holds the Vamp inside of the plastic box. The instruction are very minimal. They do let you know that Tantus silicone is boilable and bleachable. I use the original packaging for storage. It helps keep the lint problem to a minimum. I would say that this dildo would make a great gift if you know and are comfortable enough with the person.
