The Vamp is a quality silicone dildo that has many functions for the minimal price tag it carries. It is a great choice for those looking for those looking for their very first silicone dildo! Tantus makes excellent dildos and for this price, they make it easy for anyone looking to try silicone to do so at little risk. When used vaginally, the firm head makes for good g-spot stimulation. The flared base also makes this toy suitable for anal play and makes it harness compatible.

The silicone is able to retain temperature well. For anyone interested in temperature play, submerging the toy in warm or cold water will provide for new sensations. Twilight fans may find this particularly interesting when playing out a vampire-themed roleplay involving their favourite Twilight character(s).

This is a great toy of a decent size; it is suitable for most everyone who likes a realistic silicone dildo. The smooth texture, the lovely shimmer, and the pale colour make for a gorgeous toy.

The Vamp is a lovely dildo made from 100% ultra-premium platinum silicone. It is hypoallergenic and phthalate free. This is great for those who have concerns with sensitivity to materials such as latex. While it came out of the box with a slightly sweet scent, it disappeared after a few washings. The Vamp is completely odourless, along with being tasteless. The feel of this silicone dildo is very smooth. When dry, the surface of the toy gets static-y. These two factors make this toy susceptible too attracting little fuzzies, although this isn't much of a problem. Just be sure to wash or rinse before each use. The friction created by the silicone makes it necessary to use lubricant, or at the very least you should make sure that you're very wet!

The dildo is firm, although the material is slightly pliable and has a bit of "squish" to it. It is rigid enough to keep its shape while being able to bend all the way so that the head touches the rounded base. There is subtle vein detailing that provides some texture. However, it is very slight and likely suitable even for those who aren't so fond of texture.

While I'm unsure of how accurate this is in comparison to actual vampire anatomy, this should be something close to the real thing according to the Twilight series. It's unmistakably phallic shaped with a pronounced head. The shaft slowly begins to taper off near the rounded base, with a slight upwards curve. It has 6 3/4 inches in insertable length, and is in total 7 inches long with a 5 1/2 inch circumference. This is a size that is easily suited for most average users. The measurements I took (and retook, twice) are a bit larger than the ones listed on the page. However, it fits into its packaging, so I'm not quite certain why it measures so large.

For anyone interested in anal play, the Vamp has a flared base that makes it safe for anal use. I cannot speak for it's performance as a g-spot toy or for anal use, but the head is quite firm which I imagine translates well for g-spot stimulation.

This silicone is able to retain heat or cold well for temperature play. Submerging the toy in warm water can get the toy warmed up for use to feel like a real penis. If you're more interested in cold sensations or want to do a little undead vampire roleplay, you can put this in cold water. If you live alone or don't live with any people who would mind finding a dildo in the fridge, you may leave this in the fridge to cool down until you want to play!

The base is rounded and perfect for use in a harness. While there is no suction cup, the toy is able to stand up on its own even with the weight of the dildo leaning to one side. It is able to form a strong suction on smooth surfaces such as a tub when the base is wet, making for some fun possibilities!

The Vamp is made of Tantus' pure, platinum silicone, which makes it body safe and allows it to be sanitized. For regular use, washing the toy with water and antibacterial soap should suffice. When using it between orifices or sharing it between unfamiliar partners, care should be taken by using a condom or by sanitizing it between use with a 10% bleach solution or a 5 minute boil in water. Since silicone is prone to being a lint magnet, washing the toy before and after each use is advised. Storing the toy in a lint free toy pouch would help to keep your toy clean and lint free!

As always, silicone based lubricants should be avoided when using a toy made of silicone due to compatibility issues. Petroleum based lubricants should be avoided as well, so your best bet would be with a good water based lube.

The Vamp comes in a clamshell package, inside a clear Tantus box. The toy can be seen through the box so it isn't the best storage or gifting option for those who wish to be discreet. All the instructions included with the toy are located on the box. They are very basic and mentions the toy's composition and some key features. It directs people to Tantus' website for more care and cleaning information.

The Vamp provides me with a very lovely full feeling which I crave. I thoroughly enjoy the sensation of penetration and enjoy the slight drag of the silicone. As functional as I think this dildo may be, it has not helped me in my quest to locate my g-spot if I do happen to be receptive to that type of stimulation.

The pronounced ridge at the head is the only thing I dislike about the toy. The "popping" sensation is something I find to be unpleasant, although there are ways this can be avoided. The toy can be turned so that the bottom, or the side without the ridge, is facing upward. This makes removal much easier and less dreadful.

The Vamp is an extremely nice dildo, although it seems quite ordinary and isn't revolutionary in terms of providing new, different sensations. This may be good for someone who likes realistic styles but still want a pretty toy! Those who enjoy firm, dense materials may also enjoy this toy, especially since they function to work with your body. Silicone isn't as unyielding as metal or glass may be so there is a lot of room for hard thrusting and partnered play.

This was an excellent choice as a first dildo. It worked very well for me as a filling toy, which I had originally purchased the toy for. It was not quite exceptional in that it did more than I expected out of this toy, but it is great for use as it is advertised.
