The Vamp is truly a diamond in the rough, so to speak. I'd searched for a good starter dildo for a while, but every toy of both good quality and decent size was way out of my budget. When I finally stumbled upon the Vamp, I thought that it truly was the best of both worlds; excellent quality and great pricing come together to make an awesome, versatile dildo that can be used for both anal and vaginal penetration.

The Vamp is a wonderful, realistic dildo that is made of 100% body-safe silicone. It's a very bendy, flexible toy that is still firm enough to hit the spot just right. This dildo is both odorless and tasteless. When opening the package, I expected a faint smell to hit me before I sterilized it, but to my pleasant surprise, there was no scent from the start.

I found that this dildo is fun to squeeze and play with, simply because of how deliciously soft it is. My only con concerning this dildo, however, is that it is a lint magnet. It attracts everything from dust to cat hair, and I found myself needing to take breaks during masturbating to quickly clean the toy.

The Vamp has visible veins running up the shaft that can be felt when inserted, and a prominent head that makes a nice popping noise upon pulling it out. Because the head is so prominent, I would advise caution to some, as it may hurt if you're too rough with your thrusting.

The Vamp is a fairly big toy for beginners with a 6 3/4" insertable length, and a diameter of 1 1/2". This dildo is the thickest toy I've owned, and I had no problems upon insertion when it was properly lubed up. If you are a size queen however, this toy may not bring home the bacon. Speaking as a beginner, however, I found that this dildo was perfectly sized.

As mentioned before, this dildo is realistic with strong veins and a pronounced head. It is not discreet in any sense of the word, so I recommend a good hiding place if you share living space or intend on inviting company over.

Upon insertion, my first thought was, "Wow, there is no curve here whatsoever". It took a lot of searching to finally find my g-spot, which was frustrating because I'd only spoiled myself with toys that had prominent g-spot curves before. If you have a hard time finding your g-spot, then you may want to look elsewhere for a dildo.

I found that the prominent head of this dildo provides a great pressure on your g-spot, and the veins are great for stimulating the inner walls of your vagina while trusting. Plus, the flared base makes for a great handle for thrusting.

Silicone is a non-porous material that is easy to clean, so you have a few choices on how to go about caring for this toy post-use. You can boil the toy for 3-5 minutes, stick it in the top rack of your dishwasher (without soap), clean it with a 10% bleach solution, or wash it with warm soap and water. I personally prefer to boil my silicone toys before the first use, and continue to use soap and water for the uses to follow.

Do not use silicone lubes with this toy, as it will destroy it. Also, don't story the Vamp with other silicone toys for the same reason.

As previously stated, this toy is a total lint magnet, but I've found that a plastic sandwich bag is more than adequate for storage.

I love the packaging for this toy. The Vamp came in a clear box with a plastic insert that held the dildo. The box itself has writing on the side describing the toy, and explaining the benefits of 100% silicone toys. While not discreet, I found the packaging to be very classy and informative.

I really am glad that I decided to give this dildo a chance. I'm more than pleased with the performance and overall design of the toy, and I can easily say that the Vamp won't be collecting dust in the toy drawer.
