Alright, Ella!

On sale, Ella was definitely worth it. If other G-spot toys have rocked your world and you're looking to explore other shapes, Ella is a good candidate. I wouldn't pick it up for a first dildo or if you have had issues with toys catching on your pubic bone before. This a high quality piece that could last a lifetime with proper care.
smooth silicone, sleek look, firm for the G-spot
can catch on the pubic bone, not a lot to hold onto during use

extremely useful review

Ella is a non-vibrating dildo from LELO. I'm a huge fan of G-spot play and picked this up specifically for the curved end. You can use the straight end, as well, for thrusting, but I found it to be too pokey and kind of underwhelming. I don't have a problem with this hitting my cervix, but the G-spot head does catch on my pubic bone sometimes. I would not use this toy anally since there's no flared base. It is definitely a vaginal dildo, and a good one to boot! I find that this is best used solo, but my partner can use it on me as well. Seasoned G-spot enthusiasts will enjoy the unique design, high quality material, and classy presentation. This would be good for someone interested in finding their G-spot, but I wouldn't recommend it for a first dildo.

Material / Texture

I love the feel of this silicone! It has no taste or smell. Medical grade silicone is not porous, and is easy to care for. It is silky and velvety smooth, with virtually no drag. It's hard to put it down because it feels so cool. It's very firm with no squish, and really only flexes at the curve. It almost seems like there's a plastic core in the head and shaft. I think the material would be good for someone who is looking for a firmer G-spot toy, but maybe isn't ready for glass or stainless steel. There are some contours along the shaft, but I can't feel them during use. If you can't do without texture, skip this one.

It's not realistic at all and it really looks like a piece of modern art. This is one of the sexiest pieces of silicone I've ever seen. This is the first black toy I've owned, and I really like the look of it.

Design / Shape / Size

I do really like the design of this toy, but it won't work for everyone. The G-spot head is great for a firm massage over the whole G-spot area, but it does catch on my pubic bone in some positions. I like smaller size toys for G-spot use, so the size works very well for me. It's also stunning.

It is 7" long, about 5" insertable from either end, and 1 1/4" in diameter.

This toy won't make you feel full, but the small size makes it easy to maneuver on the G-spot.

Discretion isn't something I have to worry about with my toys, and if it was, I don't think I would with this toy. It has a very plain storage box, and a black satin bag for storage as well.

I love G-spot toys! Ella makes brings me to orgasm hard and fast! I have yet to squirt with Ella, but I'm also not complaining. The curved end is my end of choice. The thrusting end is just too pokey for me and I'm not much of a thrusting fan anyway. The curved end does catch on my pubic bone sometimes, but with care it feels awesome. It's not a long toy, and doesn't have a lot to hold onto once inserted. My partner can use this on me pretty well, but I enjoy it more on my own.

Not every vagina will enjoy this toy, but with two ends to choose from, there's a good chance it will work for most users, in one way or another. It may take a few tries to figure out how it works with your anatomy.

This is essentially a hunk of silicone, so don't expect it to do any tricks. It doesn't vibrate and you can't use it in a harness, but it is a great dildo for masturbation.

Care and Maintenance

Silicone is super easy to care for. I wipe it down with toy cleaner just like all my toys. Boiling, a bleach solution, mild soap and water, and the dishwasher can be options as well. I store mine in the box it came in. The satin pouch is another good storage option.

Water based lube is the best option for silicone toys. However, since this is a medical grade silicone, if you wanted to use it with a high quality silicone lubricant, you could spot test it first.
