Wonderful, Save the Slickness

I've found this toy perfect for both g-spot stimulation, as well as some light anal play. After initially trying the pointier end for vaginal play, I gave up on that end doing anything for me. It sometimes feels like it's simply stabbing into you, and not in a pleasant way. But the intense taper works well for some solo anal play, either prior to inserting a plug or after (a bit more vigorously). But oh, the head on this thing. It had been a long time since a toy gave my that good of a feeling on my g-spot. I adore the wonderful rubbing sensations this gives- just the right amount of pressure back and forth.

As amazing as the g-spot stimulation is, however, therein lies my biggest problem with this toy. I tend to gush and get extremely wet with g-spot stimulation, and this becomes impossible to continue playing with without constantly wiping my hands and/or the toy off. It really takes me out of my fun headspace when I can't keep a grip on a toy.

The Ella has no taste or smell to it and the texture is less "sticky" than other silicone toys I've used. It's soft and smooth, with nice hard ridges. The head of the toy has more gradual curves than some I've used, and the tapered end is a little pointy for me in some ways. This toy is extremely firm, it will bend a little, but I've honestly felt it get "trapped" in my after orgasm.

This toy has a gorgeous design going for it, all sleek curves mixed with sharp edges. It looks lovely just sitting around, but is still pretty evidently a sex toy. It's not an unattractive size, and for some, I suppose it would be perfect. However, I have slightly larger hands and it is a little slim to do any really good thrusting with. Honestly, were it a little longer, I wouldn't have the issues I have with it. However, with the lack of anything to grip and the smooth surfaces, once wet, the toy just becomes impossible to play with.

The shape again contains the Ella's winning and losing points. The pointed end is hard to hold on to at times and does nothing for me during vaginal play. For anal play, honestly, it really only works to loosen me up. But oh, that head. Again, wonderfully curved, wonderfully designed. Just great, overall; at least on that end.

The hammer/g-spot end works wonderfully, and the Ella is firm enough that it allows for hard pressure on the g-spot. Although it can be hard to grip, it worked really well for me with a rocking back and forth motion. In and out play is a lot harder to do, but does have good results.

As the Ella is pure silicone, it's safe and easy to clean. Soap and water, bleach solution, dishwasher, or even boiling work really well. No silicone lube can be used, unless you want it to deteriorate, but that's easy enough to avoid. Unlike some "stickier" silicone toys I've used, it's not a magnet for dust or particles. My only complaint is the Lelo stamping on the side has to be scrubbed or else it just gets gross.

As with all Lelo toys, this is packaged wonderfully in a nice sturdy box. It comes with a drawstring pouch for storage, a small pack of lube, and a registration card. Honestly, the box could almost be confused for a jewelry box.
