If there were a prom for sex toys, LELO's Ella|Double ended dildo by LELO would be prom king, queen and royal page. Sleekly designed, she's a double-headed dildo specially designed to allow you to hit sweet spots without straining your wrist to get just the right angle.

Ella is a double headed dildo but is, unlike many other dildos of that category, primarily suited for penetration of one person at a time. Although Ella may be light enough (at 111 grams- a real twig!) for some to grasp using Kegel muscles and penetrate a partner, she measures in at just over seven inches in full which means that if her g-spot stimulating end is inserted far enough to stimulate one partner's g-spot, the protruding length is somewhat lacking. Instead of allowing dual penetration, Ella's unused head provides an effective handle which fits nicely into one's hand and can be used to perfectly direct the head which is inside you.

Indeed, Ella is a star at what she is designed for: diverse and exciting solo play. Her seamless design allowed me to slide her in and out of my vagina without thinking about anything except the magical feelings she was arousing inside me. Ella's g-spot head really got me going. But, this isn't to say that her traditional head was anything to scoff at. This took a little getting used to as I normally play with dildos whose head is wider than their shaft, if the two are different. But Ella's design proved really satisfying since it allowed me to direct the pressure of the dildo more specifically and explore how it felt to direct pressure in spots, particularly on the walls of my vagina, whose stimulation I hadn't previously considered.

Lelo has taken the time to build a house every bit as beautiful as the toy for Ella to inhabit. It's to the point where I'm considering displaying Ella on my mantel as an art piece: precious stone cut from gorge, small clay statue of woman figure and my dildo.

Taking care of Ella is simple. She's made of pure silicone so you can wash her with soap and water though she can, of course, also be sterilized by placing her in boiling water. You should wash her after every use. With respect to lube, be warned: Ella should not be used with silicone based lube as it will make her surface tacky. Use a condom and water-based lube to keep her in peak condition.

Ella has continued to meet my expectations in every way. Her silicone is as soft and velvety as the day I bought her, and I continue to be thrilled with the ease of care which pure silicone toys afford. One way I’ve come to enjoy using her since I wrote the initial review is to insert her in addition to (specifically, on top of) another dildo. It’s allowed me to enjoy all the g-spot stimulation of Ella’s sleek design while also having the fullness of a bigger toy.
