Ami - exerciser for vaginal muscles by Je Joue - review by SummerJ

I had read about this a long time ago (well, vaginal exercisers in general) and I was intrigued and really wanted to try it out. Being in my twenties I didn't think I needed to really exercise those particular muscles, but I realize that these types of exercise are good for your overall sexual health. It makes sense to take care of myself for the future. I've done kegel exercises but thought the Ami would be a great way to start doing more intense exercises. With kegel exercises I would remember for days to do them since you can do them anywhere, but then I'd forget over time. So I thought with something physical, like the Ami, I would remember to actually keep doing it and that it would become part of my routine.

Starting with the first one, I can certainly tell that it is working! It's not too much and I think I will continue using the larger one for about a month until I move up. I'm taking it slow since I've never used them before. I also love that it is silicone so it is easy to clean. It's also a good choice for people concerned with not using plastic or other not so environmentally friendly materials. That was a big reason I went for the Ami.

Overall I am happy with Ami and with its three different sizes and weights, it is great for anyone no matter the level you are at! I did notice that if I used it too often, more than a few times a week, that I would have sore muscles, but that makes sense. I guess I will take it slow at first and work up my tolerance. I look forward to using this and really noticing a change as I get to the heavier weights! Love the Ami!
