These are by far the best I have purchased, as far as PC exercisers go. We have 4 different ones, and these out shine all the others combined.

Use

This set is used to strengthen your PC muscles. They can be worn around the house doing chores, or out and about for your daily activities. These can be used anytime, anywhere. Unlike most toys. They are discreet and quiet. No one but you will know they are in.

With regular use, your pc muscles will strengthen over time. They cause you to contract your PC with every move you make. They have a weighted ball inside that rolls around with your body movements.

These should be used vaginally only. Do not use for anal play. The retrieval cord is not the strongest. Although I do not think it would break, I would hate to take the chance.

Material / Texture

I can not find out what the inner portion of this toy is made from. Although it does not come in contact with your body, I would still like to have information included with the packaging as to the materials. The outside is covered in a silky smooth silicone. There is a bit of plastic where the retrieval cord is attached. The retrieval cord feels to be of the same silicone as the body.

The weights are all smooth. No seams or texture at all. They have a velvety feel to them. They are super slick with just a drop or two of water based lube. They have no odor or taste to them.

Two of the weights have some give to the bodies. You can twist the weight between the two balls. It does not feel like a flaw, just the way it was designed.

Design / Shape / Size

There are 3 different shapes and sizes in this set.

Ami 1: is a single ball. You would start with this one if you are new to Kegel exercises. It has a 1 1/2 inch diameter and weighs in at 1.65 ounces. The length without the cord is 1 1/2 inches.

Ami 2: is a double ball. This one is shaped like a hourglass. The diameter of the balls is just over 1 1/4 inches. It weighs in at 2.75 ounces. The length without the cord is just over 3 inches.

Ami 3: is also a double ball. This one is slightly smaller and heavier then the ami 2. The diameter is just over 1 inch. It weighs in at just over 3.73 ounces. The length without the cord is just over 2 3/4 inches.

Performance

These preformed really well. They could be worn for hours with out any discomfort. This set has beat out every other PC balls we have tried to date.

You can insert these and squeeze your PC muscles for 5 to 10 seconds, then releaxe for the same amount of time. Do a set of 10 then take a break, and repeat. But They worked better just walking around during your normal day, doing the same exercise.

Care and Maintenance

These are made from silicone, but the instruction book recommends washing your ami in warm water and antiseptic soap. They have also said that they may be boiled for up to 20 seconds maximum. I have yet to boil a sex toy. For our own reasons. Soap and water have always worked just fine for us.

We store these in the beautiful box they came in. The box does not take up too much room. And it keeps out set looking like brand new.

Only use water based lubes with your ami.

Packaging

The box these came in is a work of art. Very heavy duty. It has a ribbon that you can tie to hold the box closed. On the inside of the box is a plastic molded tray, so each weight sits in its own slot. Instructions are included under the plastic tray. It is not a box you throw away as soon as you take the toy out. This is one you want to keep.

Follow-up commentary
These have been a great investment. My wife says she cant notice a difference, but my penis sure can. Her contractions are stronger when she cum's. I know that she does not wear these often enough to make much of a difference. But it is there. She gets lazy with stuff like this, and if she wears them every day, I would think that there would be a big difference. So make sure if you are going to get these, you remember to wear them every day for at least a few hours.

These still look brand new. They get washed after each use and put back in the original box. The box looks like an art piece, and it works well for storage. Make sure to hold on to the box for storage. I could see these little guys getting lost by rolling under the bed.
