The Ami kit is a collection of three vaginal exercisers. Each one increases in difficulty in order to get your vagina in tip top shape in no time! Exercising your pelvic floor muscles is important. The Ami 1 is the first step in the kit. It has one single weighted ball for the beginner. The Ami 2 and 3 feature 2 weighted balls and increase in weight respectively. Ami 3 is smaller than the 1 or 2 and thus it is harder to hold in place. This challenging aspect keeps your PC muscles engaged and thus works them more. The Ami 1 and 2 have more noticeable movement to them. All three of them have balls inside of them that move as you do, but the Ami 3 has less movement inside.

Each Ami works your vaginal muscles in a different way. All three are comfortable to insert, although I recommend using a water based lubricant. The retrieval cords are slightly flexible, which helps with removal. However, they are a little stiff and at times become uncomfortable. Silicone is great! It allows you to wash your Ami with mild soap and water. Any toy cleaner will work as well. You can't boil it, but a good anti bacterial toy cleaner or soap should do the trick. There are no creases that can acquire build up, so its smooth design is not only good for your vagina, it's good for hygiene too!

Only water based lubricants should be used with Ami.
