I can't say enough good things about this set. Having three size/weight options allows you to work up to the #2 and #3 options. After using the #1 a few times, I felt comfortable enough to try the others. They each offer something unique and have a place in my exerciser collection. These are not designed for arousal, so the internal ball won't get your motor running, but feeling the slight movement does help to remind you to flex and hold.

Designed to strengthen your PC (pubococcygeous) muscle, you flex and hold to grip the ball while it is inside of you. A stronger PC muscle leads to: stronger orgasms, restored tightness, better urinary control, enhanced lubrication and more sensitivity.

A bit about each ball:

Ami 1 -- 1.65 ounces, 1.5" in diameter and length without the cord
A large, soft and lightweight single ball, a great first step.

Easy to use and completely comfortable, you can try wearing Ami around the house at first, then venturing out wearing them for longer periods of time. I have worn them out and about many times, and they are comfortable and stay put. Having them there really does remind you to flex and hold, and yields results!

Lube is your friend when it comes to kegel balls – make sure to apply water-based lubrication to help you easily insert.

Each ball has the same exterior soft, velvety silicone coating. There is movement to the silicone coating, meaning it can be slid around and get pinched slightly. Because this is a silicone toy, water based lube should be used.

Each toy has a 3" loop of silicone used for removal. The loops used to remove them are pliant and comfortable for wear.

There is nothing negative I can say about how these are constructed, they are a solid A+!

The design of this toy is top notch. Each member of the trio is large enough to be noticed and keep you focused on your work out, but not large enough to be a distraction to the rest of your day. I don't think the size would bother even someone just starting out with vaginal exercisers.

Again, these are not designed for arousal, so the internal balls won't get you all tingly. There are many other options if that's what you're after. The movement of the internal balls is very subtle and most of the time not even noticeable.

Within a week or so of using this toy I did notice a difference, with gradual improvements since then. I wear it at home, out of the house and sometimes for extended periods.

I also used them after healing from giving birth, and I believe they helped me get my tone back and ensure I didn't have incontinence issues.

As a silicone toy, you want to stick with water based lubes when using the balls. Clean up is a snap, just wash with soap and warm water! These little gems also come in a very sturdy, classy looking storage box. They each have their storage spot within the box, which ties up with a pretty black ribbon.
