Sliquid Sassy Booty is marketed as a lube designed for anal sex, but it's really a bit of a multitasker. This is a water-based lubricant that you can use for all your orifices. It's great used on toys or with a partner and safe to use with all toy materials. Sassy Booty is a vegan,L-Arginine free, petro-chemicals free, paraben free, glycerin free product which reduces the risk of reactions however, it does contain a preservative called DMDM hydantoin. DMDM hyandtoin is an antimicrobial formaldehyde releaser preservative that is used in a lot of cosmetics, and while safe for most people can cause reactions in people who are allergic to formaldehyde. According to the Sliquid site, their products are 'formulated to be hypoallergenic' based on the use of the safest materials available. The other ingredients include purified water, plant cellulose, and polyquat 007. The only thing I could find on polyquat 007 is also from the Sliquid site, in which they state that it is 'a safe, non toxic, hypoallergenic additive to help the plant cellulose glide.'

I compared Sassy Booty to another water-based lubricant I have and found the formula to be much thicker than the other lubricant. When I place a dollop of it on my thumb I can press my finger to my thumb and when I pull them apart the lubricant stretches between the fingers a good bit before separating. I rubbed my fingers together and it was about a minute before the small amount started to dry on my fingers, which is pretty typical of other lubricants. When used on your body, any natural wetness is going to increase the lasting power of this lubricant, so keep that in mind when considering that minute of friction. Additionally, you'll probably use a lot more of the lubricant than what was used for the test.

When used with a toy or on skin for penetration, this lubricant feels nice and slick, not too watery. I used it for both vaginal and anal penetration and felt comfortable with both. When applying, this stuff stays put. I placed another dollop on my finger tip and timed how long it took to slide down my finger. It took a whole minute for it to roll down to the first line on my finger. Slow moving! I found that it's best to apply this lube to the tip of your toy or penis and then use a hand to slide it down onto the rest of it.

The bottle that this comes in is the kind with the press top that tilts one side up for pouring. I found that it poured out easily, requiring a small amount of squeezing on the bottle. I wasn't paying attention during use and laid the bottle down with the lid still open and pointing down and nothing leaked out on its own.

Sassy Booty is a flavorless and odorless lubricant. It does feel slightly thick when it first gets in your mouth but quickly dissolves. I had no complaint with this getting in my mouth during use because it is hardly noticeable at all.

Sassy Booty lasted throughout my sessions with little reapplication. I found that if you had applied some to a toy and then set it aside it dried quickly but reactivated easily with the addition of a small amount of lube. I prefer to have a towel handy to wipe my hands after application since I like to manually spread the lubricant onto whatever I'm using. If you wipe your hand off it does not leave it feeling sticky at all and allows for you to have a good grip on any toys you're using.

When cleaning up afterwards remember that water reactivates this lubricant and keep a firm hold on your toys. I used this with glass, steel, and silicone toys which all became super slippery again during clean up. The lube washes off pretty easily with soap and water.

I really love the thickness of this lubricant. I used my first glass plug with this and it helped things go very smoothly. It felt natural and comfortable.

My only complaint? The bottle size is a bit small (4.2oz), but it also makes it easy to conceal and convenient for travel.

There was no packaging for this product really. It was in a plastic bag inside the USPS box. The bottle is clear with a pink and white label that tells you about the product and a little about Sliquid.

I haven't had any problems with leaking from the bottle, even when I left it open, laying on it's side with the open end pointed towards my bed. Nothing dripped out, which is more a testament to the thickness than the packaging in my opinion.

I found that a little of this goes a long way. I've used it a couple times and felt like I was using a ton of lubricant (applied it to at least 6 different toys so far, plus fingers) and the bottle still looks mostly full. I love how thick this is and how smooth and nice it feels. I used it for some of my first anal play as well as vaginally and felt very comfortable. I haven't had any allergic reactions, UTI's, or yeast infections as a result to using this product. This is definitely one of my top favorites in lubes.
