Smart Balls
I really wanted to love this item as much as everyone else had and maybe as a result of this my expectations were just to high leaving me to feel slightly disappointed. It's not that this item is bad by any means, it just was not as good as I imagined it to be. In terms of recommending this item I would give it my approval as I feel it is a good item however it just wasn't the best item for me.

With all the reviews and the praise out there already for the Smart Balls I just had to have a pair. Factor in the fact that this item tends to be sold out; well, that just made them even more alluring. When I got them by looks alone I was completely sold. If you think they look good on the site they look even better in person. Like all fun factory toys this item was of the highest quality and came with a small sample of toyfluid lubricant|Reviews: Toyfluid Lube which I absolutely love however if you were to use a different lube with it you want to make sure that it is water based as this is made from silicone. [Editor's note: Smart Balls are made of elastomed, which can be handled the same way as silicone for sterilization.]
I purchased this toy solely for the purpose of Kegel exercises, this was by no means bought to help warm me up or bring me to orgasm. The first time I tried out the Smart Balls I found them to be uncomfortable at best and tried to reposition them to see if it made any difference. Due to the level of discomfort that I was experiencing I decided it would be best to try them out at another time. The next time I tried them I was sure to use a little more lube when inserting and I found them to be a bit more comfortable. I then continued on with what I had planned knowing that my Smart Balls where tucked safely away. Other than the slight smirk on my face due to a fuller feeling at the library I really did not feel any difference.
Over the past few weeks I have used them a minimum of at least 3 days a week for varying time intervals while I go about with my regular day to day routine. However, I do not really feel any difference nor has my partner noticed a difference during intercourse. As he so mildly put it, at times it felt like I was "juicing" him before, and it still feels like that now. At this point I do not know how effective it is for me personally in terms of strengthening my muscles, so I will still continue to use this on a regular basis and write a follow-up later down the line.

I do wonder if they do much for people with already strong muscles get much benefit from them. I think they're fun, and occasionally use them while jerking off.
In addition, I don't know how much benefit they have in terms of Kegels in my case, since I already have strong PC muscles. Maybe that's why I'm not experiencing the arousal that others talk about, who knows?
