The Flintstones XXX parody by New Sensations - review by TrishieBear

Since there are so many nicely detailed reviews, I thought I would write a simple review on how I enjoyed this film!

First of all, I was stunned that they made a pornographic parody of The Flintstones! I received this film as one of the Porn Club assignments, and I couldn't help but giggle, seeing as I used to watch the cartoon when I was a child.

The film isn't too bad, really, but for me if a parody of a film or cartoon is done, it should stay as close to the original as possible. That being said, I didn't like that the actresses and actors were clean-shaven! Even though most people enjoy this, for me it just isn't right that Stone Age people have waxed or shaved genitals. However, the sets and props were nicely done!

The storyline was quite humorous, and the ending actually surprised me. The actors and actresses did a great job with the characters they played, but the sex was very vanilla, and I grew bored VERY quickly. It would have been interesting to see a "bone" toy or even some anal!

I found the intro music to be amusing, but I found it awkward when the music suddenly stopped during the sex scenes. Being able to hear airplanes off in the distance was a bit of a turnoff!

The box art on the DVD case was tasteful, and I found the tagline "Yabba Dabba Do Her Hard!" VERY amusing; my fiance saw it and practically fell off the bed with laughter!

I would recommend this film to anyone who was a fan of the original cartoon and who doesn't mind that the sex is plain. I myself thought it was amusing, but my fiance didn't like it at all!

I enjoyed the bonus features and liked the option of having a "party" version!

This film is still not on my list of favorites, although it is amusing to play for people just for the shock value.
