Dona body mist lotion - body moisturizer discontinued by System JO - review by Destri

My bottle of body mist lotion arrived in a plastic bag with the spray top taped so that it couldn't accidentally spray in transit. The bottle itself is pretty, with a lacy-looking label. There is a space so that you can keep track of how much is left in the bottle.

I chose pomegranate for my fragrance because it just sounded nice, and I really like it! It has a very fresh scent and is not too fruity. My husband said it made the whole room smell nice when I used it for the first time, so that is a nice touch, for sure!

Now, I have very, very dry skin. It comes from a combination of living in a very dry, very hot climate, my genetics and my age (sigh). I have tried a million different lotions for my dry skin over the years, and before this, the only one that lasted any time at all was expensive and not particularly sexy. So I was really hoping that this Dona body mist would live up to the things I had read about it.

Did it ever! I used it hours ago (approximately 6 hours), and not only is my skin still not showing any signs of being dry, I can still smell the pomegranate on my skin! It is not too obvious, but when I put my nose up to my skin, I can smell it. I think that is just awesome!

It didn't take much, either. Just a couple of sprays on my arm was all it took. I can see where this would also be great for after a shower when your skin is still wet, but I did try it on my skin straight away because I wanted to know how well it would work then.

I highly recommend this product! It is great for anyone with dry skin, and it is great as a light perfumed mist. Not overwhelming but very long-lasting. Dona rocks!
