The body mist lotion falls into ritual 3, Nourish. The body mist lotion is meant to moisturize your skin, which makes it touchable and kissably soft.


Ingredients:
Purified Water, Caprylic Capric Glycerides, Polyglycerol-6 Dioleate, Glyceryl Caprylate Caprate, Propanediol, Saccharide Isomerate, Passion Fruit (Passiflora Edulis) Seed Oil, Rice Bran (Oriza Sativa) Oil, Açaí (Euterpe Oleracea) pulp Oil, Babassu (Orbignya Oleifera) Seed Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Garcinia Mangostana (Mangosteen) Fruit, Fragrance

This product is a body mist lotion and it sprays a thin watery spray. It is in a pump bottle that can be maneuvered with one hand. Even though it is watery, it did feel like lotion when I rubbed it in. My body felt very soft after using this product.

It sprays very easily. It doesn't stay in place, but then again it didn't need to because I was rubbing it in right after I sprayed it onto my skin. At first when I started to rub it in, it felt a little sticky to me but that quickly went away. After rubbing it in the stickiness was completely gone.

When I first sprayed this onto my skin. I smelled a slight chemical smell, although it wasn't very strong and quickly dissipated. I smell several fruity undertones with the body mist lotion. I could very easily detect a mango and a a melon smell that reminded me of a cantaloupe. I also smelled what I thought was a lemony smell but it was very faint.

After rubbing in the lotion, the only smell that I could still detect strongly was the fruity melon smell that is the mangosteen in this incarnation. The smell starts off strong but then dissipates to the point that you can smell it if you put your skin to your nose or if a slight breeze were present it would drift to you.

While the fruity melon smell didn't last all day the moisturizing qualities of this lotion did. I sprayed it all over as I was slightly damp from my shower. It didn't take long to rub it in. Maybe an hour or two later the smell was almost completely gone, but the soft skin lasted all day long with just that one application. I was very surprised since I have never used a mist lotion before. It actually worked better than the Suave lotion that I normally use on my skin.

The body mist lotion arrived tied in a plastic bag in case of leakage during transport. The lotion was housed in a spray bottle with a beautiful yellow label. The bottle holds 9 ounces of lotion and a little goes a long way.

I ordered my first products from this line after reading a review by Cookie Monster Mike. When he described the way mangosteen smelled to him, I could have sworn I could smell it too. After reading more of his reviews and quite a few from Hot N Sexy TexasMama, I am determined that I should order the entire line of DONA products. The smells are not too strong. Each product alone is great to use, but I suspect using all of the products in DONA's ritual would make it an experience that won't soon be forgotten. I am eagerly awaiting when I can purchase the entire line from Eden Fantasys.

I am going to close this review by saying that the DONA experience is one not to be missed. Do not be mistaken, using the DONA line is definitely an experience. Other body washes, lotions and candles can be used to fulfill some need by the person who purchased it.Using the DONA line takes this to a whole other level. You don't just use the products, you feel them. I said in my review of the mangosteen body polish, using it was like drinking a shot of espresso first thing in the morning. I tried the goji berry body polish not in the morning but in the evening after a particularly crappy day. It was a wonderful pick me up.

I can only describe the DONA line one way. Does anyone remember the old commercials with the harried housewife that had several children running around her tearing the house up then she raises her hands in the air and says,"Calgon take me away"? That is what using these products feel like to me, like I am being taken to another place where everything is calmer and I can just relax. The DONA line helps me to "just breathe".
