You might be surprised how difficult it is to find a glycerin and paraben-free lube that works well for intercourse. But once the hunt began, Sliquid became the clear winner after a pain-filled and frustrating series of attempts. Many lubricants contain irritating ingredients that I can't tolerate, but this one uses natural ingredients only, keeping my body perfectly happy.

This lube has little to no scent, isn't sticky, won't stain, and lasts a long time (for a water-based lubricant). Yes, it may need to be reapplied if you're playing for a while, but it's not much of a hassle. I try to apply only a little at a time so I don't end up with too much on my hands, but it will dry quickly if exposed to air; make sure that, if you are using it for intercourse, you begin soon after application and use the right amount. You only need to use a little at a time, so one bottle may last several months or longer. I'd love a pump handle for convenience's sake, but we'd probably waste more that way.

We buy other lubes for my partner to use during masturbation, since he's less sensitive and may prefer something longer-lasting than a water-based lubricant. Still, it's great during intercourse as well as for use with vaginal toys. If you're using silicone toys, this is the perfect lube, since it won't damage your toys and won't irritate your skin.
