These are the first kegel exercise toys I have bought. They have two balls that roll around on the inside of them that provide a lot of stimulation. They also are completely silicone, have a string for easy removal, and no strange nooks or crannies that make it difficult to clean.

So, from a beginner's point of view, when it comes to using these balls for a kegel exerciser, they aren't great at it, but they do help. I have found it easier to locate my muscles since I have started using them. However, they are so large that I do not actively need to use my muscles to keep them in place. Also, because they are so large, you might fond that you need a little bit of lube if you are not already aroused to get these in.

Fun Factory makes quality toys that are colorful and well designed. These are no exception. They are very easy to clean, all you need is some soap and hot water. They are a basic kind of toy that every woman should have, at least for the experience. Also, the fact that you don't need any batteries is a big plus. I hate being in the middle of a session with my vibrator and have the batteries die. No worries about that here.

On the other hand, they are a very good way to get aroused in public. I wear them when I go on bike rides, shop at the mall, when I drive long distance or hula hoop. They work well when used with a dildo also, they add an extra feeling of fullness. The little balls that move inside me get me aroused and I feel naughty being around people while I'm using them. Basically, these are best at arousing when you are moving. I recommend these.
