I first joined EdenFantasys back in 2007. I was 19 at the time and had really no idea what exactly sex was, aside from putting on some lube and a condom and one of us getting on top of the other. I also started learning more and more about product materials, safety hazards, and the multiple kinds of uses toys have to offer. This gained knowledge helped me to make better purchases by comparing the quality of a product to its price tag.
Looking at products and input from real people completely changed the view I had on sex toys. Right before I started reviewing, looking around on the internet at sex toys most often brought me to pages of rabbit-style vibrators with all sorts of little bells and whistles on them. I felt kind of like an outsider for not finding rabbit-style vibrators particularly stimulating or exciting. Once I got to read other people’s opinions on sex toys as a whole, I found out that no, not every woman uses and loves that kind of toy. I felt relieved to know I wasn’t weird.
Jump forward in time, I’m 24 years old and I’m still reviewing for EdenFantasys. I now feel confident in using pretty much any kind of toy. I love being able to help those who are at that stage I was at not too long ago: confused but wanting to try it anyway. I’ve gone from being mildly uncomfortable using small, external finger vibes to being comfortable strapping on dildos to use with my fiancé. I have over 200 products from EdenFantasys in my collection and am continuing to add to it.

That's totally awesome! Being comfortable with your own sexuality is such an important part of our lives, but terribly under rated.
In this article, I have to agree with the previous posters, you have spoken for so many of us. This is the real heart of EF that sense of wonderment and the delight that we "get" to try so many wonderful new things. Further, we get to try them in a community where our first steps are celebrated and we are told that it's ok. Truly this is why we stick around.
