Pretty good for me, but maybe not for you

There happen to be a few settings for this bullet that I really, really like, but that may not be the case for you. That said, if you can get it as a free gift, you may as well.

somewhat useful review
Let me start off by saying that I'm not generally a huge vibrator fan, but this one, for some mysterious reason, is proving to be an exception. That said, there are quite a few flaws with this.

There are supposed to be five different vibration/pulsation settings on this, but for some reason I've only been able to access four: vibration without pulsation; a rolling pulsation that ramps up from lowest vibration frequency to highest and then resets; two short bursts of vibration followed by a longer one and repeated short, staccato bursts of vibration. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if there's something off about mine. Either way, I'm satisfied with what I've got here; my personal favorite mode is the two shorts bursts followed by a longer one.

The position I tend to use the vibrator in means that it's muffled considerably, but it does get loud if it's not under blankets or against a mattress; if you prefer to hold it in your hand while lying on your back or any similar position where it's mostly exposed to air, the noise may be a concern, especially if you have thin walls. It can also still be loud if you use it for insertion.

My biggest complaint is that there's no actual on/off switch to this; you have to crank up the vibration to the desired level each time you want to use it (although it does remember the pulsation setting you last had it on), and then turn it back all the way down when you're done. (The highest vibration setting is the one that works best for me, so I'm particularly annoyed about this.) The lack of a permanent off switch coupled with the relative sensitivity of the buttons means that this can go off very, very easily when you really don't want it to (in carryons/drawers/etc), and the only way to prevent this happening is to remove the batteries. Irritating? Absolutely. Dealbreaker? Not for me.

I got this as part of a free gift with an order; I probably wouldn't have bought it. That said, it may happen to have a setting that really works for you.
