The Interns is an all female porn catering to the lesbian crowd, but would easily satisfy anybody who enjoys some good girl on girl action and can swallow the chick flick plot. Though there is a hint of kink, there really is not any hardcore action, the most you are going to find is light spanking.

With closeups of shoes, purses and clothing details set to pop music, the opening credits to this film could easily be mistaken for those of a Tv Fashion Drama, which is actually very fitting. The plot is centered around the drama at a highly competitive fashion magazine, and is rife with rumors and backstabbing. The image is attractive, and the back cover is well organized, but this is not something you want to have lying around, (unless your friends and family are cool with your lesbian porn fixation). The menus are well designed, attractive, and well organized. The backgrounds chosen are murals of images and video clips from the movie,(But are you really buying the dvd for the menus?)

Though the odd moment or two aroused me, and most of the women were beautiful to look at, I found this to be really boring porn. The sex scenes went on far too long for my liking and the characters were really catty which was a huge turn off. They also could have involved some much more imaginative sex between the ladies, I definitely would have appreciated it.

Though this is not my ideal of lesbian pornography, I did enjoy it. Unfortunately the women who I would most have liked to watch scenes with, were not the women featured. As far as personal opinion goes, my issues lie more with the storyline (which was the equivalent of what you would encounter on an evening soap) than the acting, sex, or quality of production. Aside from that, I would say nothing was spectacular or especially noteworthy for me, but nothing was really bad enough to complain about either. If you are into lingerie, lesbians and soap opera type drama, you are definitely in the right place. If not.... you might want to look elsewhere.
